Dalam bahasa <em>Product Quality Update<\/em>, Suzuki menghimbau kepada pemilik motor Address FI lansiran 2015 hingga 2018 untuk bisa melakukan pengecekan.<\/p>\n<p><em>Recall<\/em> ini menyusul indikasi adanya gejala tidak normal pada bagian <em>cranckshaft<\/em>, <em>generator rotor<\/em>, <em>horn switch<\/em>, dan <em>stater switch<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk memastikan hal tersebut, pemilik Suzuki Address FI diminta untuk melakukan pengecekan terlebih dahulu terkait status motor lewat <em>website<\/em> resmi Suzuki dengan cara masuk ke menu <em>\u201cService\u201d<\/em> kemudian pilih <em>\u201cSuzuki Quality Update\u201d<\/em>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Selanjutnya masukkan 17 digit nomor rangka, nama pemilik, serta nomor telepon. Atau bisa menghubungi 0800 1100 800 dan menyebutkan 17 digit nomor rangka kendaraan.<\/p>\n<p>Kalau dikonfirmasi bahwa motor pelanggan termasuk dalam program Suzuki <em>Product Quality Update<\/em>, langsung bawa Address FI ke bengkel resmi Suzuki terdekat untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan. Dan kalau ternyata komponen tersebut bermasalah, pemilik motor harus sabar menunggu proses penggantian yang memakan waktu sekitar 5 jam.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" height=\"662\" src=\"\/media\/static\/uploads\/2020\/01\/27\/suzuki_1.png\" width=\"800\" \/ loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara pengguna Suzuki Address FI yang termasuk dalam program tersebut silakan langsung datang ke bengkel resmi Suzuki. Tidak perlu membayar karena Suzuki memberikan gratis biaya jasa, suku cadang, dan akan diberikan gratis oli mesin,\u201d jelas Riecky Patrayudha, Dept.
