Bahkan recall yang dilakukan biasanya tidak dipungut biaya sepeser pun alias gratis.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Namun begitu, kenyataannya tidak semua konsumen peduli jika ada recall walau dipastikan gratis. Setidaknya hal itu diakui Marketing Director PT Astra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olx.co.id\/mobil_c86\/q-daihatsu?utm_source=Microsite&#038;utm_medium=Article&#038;utm_campaign=&#038;utm_content=Mobil\">Daihatsu <\/a>Motor (ADM), Amelia Tjandra.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Amel mengatakan, ketika mengumumkan recall Gran Max 1.5L dan Luxio di Indonesia pada November 2019 lalu, ada dua respon yang didapat Daihatsu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">\u201cKalau itu pemilik (digunakan untuk pribadi) mereka merespon dengan positif. Mereka merespon dengan datang ke bengkel secepatnya. Tapi kalau penyewa (mobil digunakan untuk komersial) mereka nggak peduli,\u201d ungkap Amel saat video conference Jumat (17\/7\/2020)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Kata Amel, alasan penyewa tidak langsung membawa mobil ke bengkel biasanya karena tak ingin mobil yang digunakan untuk usaha yang digeluti terhenti, karena dipastikan memakan waktu saat masuk bengkel.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">\u201cPaling tidak di betulin 14 jam buat mereka itu kehilangan waktu besar, walaupun kita memberikan kompensasi. Nah itu sebabnya, mereka agak sulit kita bujuk masuk bengkel. Karena urusan perut, mau dipake mobilnya ngapain harus dimasukin bengkel, kalau mobilnya masuk bengkel, dia akan rugi,\u201d jelas Amel.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Sementara itu Marketing and CR Division Head Astra International Daihatsu Sales Operation (AI-DSO) Hendrayadi Lastiyoso menyatakan, ketika mengumumkan Gran Max 1.5L dan Luxio untuk dilakukan perbaikan karena masalah Connecting Rod sejak November 2019 lalu, saat jumlahnya cukup baik.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">\u201cIni programnya berjalan selama tiga tahun, dari akhir November 2019 sampai 2023. Kalau kita lihat kan progresnya baru berjalan sekitar delapan bulan, dan\u00a0 efektif baru lima bulanan karena kan ada covid. Saya rasa sudah cukup baik lah,\u201d kata Hendrayadi.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Hendrayadi menjabarkan, angka 24 persen cukup memuaskan walau hanya didapat selama lima bulan. Pasalnya setahun progres recall kedua model ini harus ditargetkan mencapai 33 persen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Kendati demikian, Hendrayadi tak menampik selama melakukan recall telah mengalami kendala, yaitu adanya kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) yang kemudian masa transisi new normal sehingga aktivitas bengkel hanya boleh beroperasi 50 persen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-family:'Times New Roman'\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">\u201cMungkin nanti kedepannya penerimaannya akan lebih baik.
