Selama 50 tahun kami tumbuh bersama masyarakat Indonesia. Dan kami selalu berharap bisa terus menjaga komitmen terbaik tidak hanya dari sisi bisnis, melainkan turut serta dalam upaya bersama mencerdaskan bangsa,\u201d tutur Dony Hermawan, Head of Public Relations &#038; Corporate Social Responsibility Department KTB dalam keterangan tertulis beberapa waktu lalu.<\/p>\n<p>Guru SMK yang menjadi peserta dalam kegiatan ini mendapatkan materi Fuso Service Technician Education Program 1 Plus (F-STEP 1 Plus) yang sudah tersertifikasi. Materi ini dikemas oleh para instruktur teknis dari 3S Training Department KTB, dengan mengkombinasikan antara materi pelatihan <em>soft skill<\/em>, seperti budaya kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di dealer, serta pengetahuan <em>hard skill<\/em>, seperti prosedur <em>overhaul engine<\/em>, <em>chassis<\/em>, <em>electrical<\/em>, PDI, dan penggunaan <em>measurement tools<\/em>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" height=\"450\" src=\"\/media\/static\/uploads\/2021\/02\/08\/f-step-1-for-teachers-2021-1.jpg\" width=\"800\" \/ loading=\"lazy\"><\/p>\n<p>Lebih jauh, puluhan peserta juga diperkenalkan dengan teknologi terkini dari mesin <em>common-rail<\/em> yang dibenamkan pada produk <em>medium duty truck<\/em> terbaru, Mitsubishi Fuso Fighter.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeran para guru sangat penting dalam mencetak lulusan berkualitas, yang nantinya akan menjadi bagian dari perkembangan industri otomotif Indonesia,\u201d pungkas Dony Hermawan.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>KTB menggelar pelatihan ini dalam dua grup berbeda dengan waktu pelaksanaan yang juga berbeda.
