With a centrally located CD drawer, the Marantz CD6003 can play CD's, CD-RW, MP3, WMA formats, whilst offering CD text with appropriately encoded CD's. A front panel mounted USB socket offers a digital iPod connection, allowing the high quality DAC's in the Marantz CD6003 to be utilised for much better sound quality. The DAC's of the Marantz CD6003 are based around the CS4398 chip and Marantz's exclusive HDAM-S2 discrete analogue circuitry - together with the over specified power supply, this imbues the Marantz CD6003 with superb sound quality at it's price.
