-Language : Fluent in bahasa Indonesia both written and spoken

-Assist and serve walk in customers professionally

-Manage customers communication and take order via phone and WhatsApp

-Accurately input orders to physical book records and the computer system, then print the corresponding invoices.

-Ensure all processes customer interactions are running smoothly and kept in proper order.
