2. The company provides CNC hydraulic pipe bending machine equipment with complete functions designed and manufactured according to relevant national standards and specifications, including equipment design, manufacturing and acceptance.

Main Performance :

1. Hydraulic pipe bending machine consists of bed, main drive, clamping, guiding, core holding, hydraulic, electrical control, cooling system and other parts.

2. The hydraulic system of the machine: the oil pump adopts the vane type quantitative oil pump, and the hydraulic control valve adopts the imported valve.

3. The main drive adopts the oil cylinder-rack mechanism, the pressing material adopts the power side deduction plate structure, the front clamp adopts the form of being installed on the bending die, driven by an independent oil cylinder, and equipped with an anti-wrinkle mechanism.

4. The machine can realize fully automatic cored or coreless bending.
