Key Job Desk & Responsibilities:

Dining Area Sanitation: Cleaning tables, chairs, and booths, sweeping and mopping dining room floors, and wiping down menus or tabletop condiments.

Restroom Maintenance: Deep cleaning and sanitizing toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors, and replenishing supplies (soap, toilet paper, towels).

Back of House (BOH) Support: Cleaning staff areas, kitchen floors, and taking out garbage and recycling.

Special Events Support: Setting up or cleaning areas before, during, and after club events.

Maintenance Reporting: Reporting any broken equipment or required maintenance to management immediately.

General Cleaning: Dusting fixtures, cleaning windows/glass doors, and keeping entrance areas tidy.

Typical Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a restaurant, club, or hotel environment.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for long periods.

Attention to Detail: High standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning chemicals and sanitization safety standards
