Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or Management.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR People Development / Learning & Development (experience in fashion, retail, FMCG, or lifestyle industries is preferred).
• Strong understanding of training needs analysis, competency mapping, and performance management.
• Experience handling store/retail employees is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all organizational levels.
• Creative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong presentation and training facilitation skills.
• Proficient in HR tools and Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Strong passion for the fashion industry and people development.
Job Description :
• Design and implement training & development programs (product knowledge, customer service, leadership, and retail excellence).
• Manage the performance management system, including KPIs, appraisals, feedback, and Individual Development Plans (IDP).
• Develop talent management and succession planning, particularly for store leaders, supervisors, and head office positions.
• Support the development of a creative, agile, and customer-oriented culture & employer branding.
• Conduct training needs analysis based on fashion industry trends and business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and line managers to improve employee engagement and retention.
• Manage onboarding programs for new employees (store and head office).
• Monitor the effectiveness of development programs and prepare evaluation and progress reports.
• Support change management initiatives, including store expansion and organizational transformation.
