We need IT Service Desk for the client, a multinational company with professional work standards, located in Kembangan, West Jakarta. The role involves collaborating with a global support team located across multiple countries.

Requirements:

Basic English knowledge (Listening and Writing).

Able to work in a team and communicate like a team.

Understand basic laptop maintenance and hardware replacement.

Understand basic Windows and Microsoft Office troubleshooting.

Understand printer installation and basic networking.

Understand the inventory recording flow for storage rooms.

Willing to work in the specified shift.
