The Office Manager / Receptionist is responsible for managing front office operations and providing administrative and hospitality support to ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and supports daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and welcome office guests in a polite and professional manner
Handle front desk and reception duties
Maintain office cleanliness and basic tidiness
Prepare and serve coffee or tea for guests and staff when required
Operate office equipment including photocopying, scanning, and printing documents
Support daily administrative and office operational tasks
Ensure reception and common areas are presentable at all times
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
08:30 – 17:30
Requirements:
Speak English
Woman age 25 - 35
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Presentable appearance and good communication skills
Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier)
Organized, responsible, and able to multitask
Friendly, polite, and service-oriented attitude
