Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a BYD PIK Salesperson based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The role entails engaging with potential customers, answering inquiries, demonstrating vehicle features, and closing sales to meet company targets. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, managing the sales process, providing after-sales support, and staying informed about market trends and product knowledge. The Salesperson will play a key role in contributing to the company’s success by ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Customer service and communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Teamwork and collaboration with a goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in market research and marketing strategies
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory (First Graduate are very welcome)
- Self-motivation, professionalism, and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction
